The 10-in-20 Module and Corrective Exercise Concepts are pieces of the puzzle within a larger ecosystem. The "Live Train Perform" Modular Training System is a system I've created over many years in the trenches, working with everyone from Average Joe's to UFC World Champions.

 

This system gives me the ability to mix and match various tools from different training modalities, into one synergistic model that provides a solid, all-year round training template that can be used with anyone.

The beauty of this system is that it caters to people who only have 10 minutes a day to move, right through to professional athletes training multiple times/hours per day, 6 days a week.

Carving out an hour a day, four-to-five times per week is extremely difficult for you. Amongst juggling a career, family life, relationships in every domain, and everything else that comprises a balanced life, it's just not sustainable right now.

Whilst the health and longevity benefits of consistent exercise have been proven time and time again, sometimes it just isn't a priority in the short-term.

It depends, but I would argue that 3 x 20-minute training sessions is superior, for the simple fact that we're providing a stimulus for adaptation multiple times per week, as opposed to only once.

CORRECTIVE EXERCISE CONCEPTS

This is an introduction to the Corrective Exercise Concepts I use to help address and alleviate pain and dysfunction caused by muscle imbalances that relate to both upper and lower crossed syndromes.

 

The information presented throughout the Corrective Exercise Concepts is an amalgamation of concepts learned from my Applied Movement Neurology Level 1 Course, a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course I attended, Kelly Starrett's book "Becoming a Supple Leopard", and numerous podcast episodes with thought leaders in the Corrective Exercise space.

 

This module is my understanding and presentation of these principles in action, to help address both Upper and Lower Crossed Syndromes.
